Excellent cottage in a superb setting with a very helpful, friendly and welcoming owner. Mrs B, Fowey, Cornwall 25 October 2010
Ideal location for a family get together. Outside space fantastic for young and old. Accomodation spacious clean and home from home. Will return. Mrs B, Nottingham, Nottinghamshire 06 September 2010
What a perfect holiday. The cottage was warm and welcoming as were it`s owners. With the sea in front of us and Snowdonia National Park behind us we couldn`t have asked for more. Lots of good walking in the area for all abilities and the coastal railway only a few minutes away. This holiday needs more than a week to enjoy all it has to offer. Mrs P, Walsall, West Midlands 19 July 2010
What a fantastic holiday we had. Both cottage and it`s owners were warm and welcoming. Everything we could have needed was there and comfortable beds too - what a plus! The garden was lovely with beautiful views over the sea and the beach was just a few minutes walk away. Lots of good walks in the area and the coastal railway was nearby. Fantastic weather was the icing on the cake. Our only complaint is that one week wasn`t long enough!

The cottage was lovely and in a great position overlooking the sea. The owners were very helpful and we would love to go again. Mrs S, BEDFORD, Beds 21 April 2010
We had an amazing break from the 'real world'. A beautiful cottage with very friendly and helpful owners who have updated the kitchen and bathroom to a high standard. The cottage was charming and a fire was laid in the grate when we arrived and a chilled bottle of wine was ready in the fridge, what more could you ask for?!! The beach is only a couple of hundred yards from the front door and you can see the sea from almost every room in the house. We will definitely be going back (we didn't want to leave). This is a beautiful Cottage in an excellent location, the garden is a fairytail land for young children to play in and the beach is just 10 minutes walk away. Adults will love this charming Cottage with its fantastic fire place and historic feel, a really relaxing place not to be missed. Great for visting North Wales, Snowdon and surrounding areas, this is definatley a 9/10. Mr E, WOLVERHAMPTON 08 August 2009
A perfect location for a getaway holiday. Cottage is spacious, comfy and private. Just need to be prepared for the steepish driveway and slightly tricky parking. It is close enough to the beach to walk/cycle (though via quite steep path) and only about 30 minutes walk into Barmouth along the prom, so nice not to have to use the car all the time to get places. There is also a good route via footpaths out the back of the cottage to the open access land on the local hills. If only the weather could have matched the welcome of the owner for warmth! MR T, TAUNTON, Somerset 04 August 2009
An excellent location right by the sea and close to Snowdonia National Park. The cottage is just off the main road which leads up to Harlech, and has a very picturesque south facing front garden. Miss P, Bristol, Somerset 06 July 2009
A chocolate box cottage, five minutes from the beach. A stroll along the prom to Barmouth, with lots of local walks, steam trains, ferry boat trips, castles to visit and much more. Mr S, Eccles, Lancashire 17 June 2009
A beautiful cottage with bags of character and magical gardens overlooking the sea. Within walking distance of the shops/restaurants at Barmouth but with a one foot in the countryside. A walkers paradise with a cosy fireplace to relax by in the evenings if you're not out enjoying the view from the garden! Miss M, MALMESBURY 05 June 2009
A wonderful Christmas holiday - we have all talked for years of going away to a beautiful cottage with a log fire and to find this dream come true in Wales has brought back all our wonderful childhood memories of our holidays. A Christmas to remember - none of us want to leave. Mr D, CALLINGTON, Cornwall 16 March 2009
